This study is all about human anatomy and exercise physiology, blended with the basics of nutrition, which is the foundation knowledge, required to understand any fitness topic. Many times it has been seen that a trainer possesses good knowledge of exercise techniques, programming, and execution, but it is without any scientific logic, which lessens or compromises the safety and effectiveness of exercise practicality. This study will also help understand other fitness studies if pursued as self-study. After completing these courses’ testing criteria, the student will be awarded a certificate.
