Refund Policy
Candidate will be eligible to ask for a refund only if the academy is unable to comply with the following act:
- If the academy is unable to commence lectures of the course registered by the student within twelve weeks from the date announced at the time of registration.
- I will not have the right to ask for the refund if I don’t appear or clear the exam.
- For the refund, a student has to send request mail. Oral telephonic message or on social media request will not be taken into consideration.
- Only registered students can request for a refund, no request will be considered or accepted other than the one who is registered.
- Refund will have proceeded within six weeks from the date of request mail so received.
- Refund will be given through cheque favoring the registered name only.
- Candidate will have to confirm the receipt of the refund, the academy will not be responsible for any technical issues after that.
